My loan officer, Dong Nguyen, has been phenomenal throughout the mortgage process. He spent time on the phone with me ensuring I got the best deal. At the same time, he made sure to carry me along throughout the process. When it appeared like we would need to switch lenders because of issues from the retail side of one lender, he got quickly to work and said "don't you worry". He actually got that fixed and the mortgage finalized. He is the man of possibilities!!
